Refund Policy

At VGRT, we stand behind the quality of our compositions and your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances.

Refund Requests

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at jayscheide@comcast.net within 28 days of your purchase date. We review each request on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are granted at the sole discretion of our owner: Jay Scheide.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You are unable to download or access the digital product due to technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • The digital product is significantly different from its description.
  • Other exceptional circumstances, as deemed appropriate by our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchase or user error.
  • Failure to meet system requirements to use the digital product.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 72 hours of approval. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
