Excerpts from Symphony No. 4 2nd Mvmt. arr. for tenor recorder with shift to soprano
from: G. Mahler (1860-1911)
In original key of F major (followed by D, and then C), consisting of three excerpts stitched together into a playable entity. This music was featured in a video about the cellist-conductor Heinrich Schiff, in which Schiff is shown on an idyllic Austrian lake, and it is no stretch to think of this as idyllic Austrian-lake music. Note that we also offer an arrangement of the entire movement in the “Pieces for Solo Recorder, No Keyboard Part Anticipated” section.
Keyboard parts include separate recorder parts at no additional cost.
