Originally for soprano, corno di caccia, strings, and continuo in Bb major, transposed to F herein. The text means, “Our strength is too weak.” The keyboard part goes higher than our normal c6 limit, up to f6, and there is an optional low g1 in the left hand. Revised 6.27.23.
