In original keys. 1. “Magnificat anima mea,” for Sopranino and SATB. 2. the 4th mvt., “Omnes generationes” in f# phrygian for SAABB (and also alternatively in g phrygian for SSATB with an option for alto octavino on Soprano 2). 3. the 7th mvt., “Fecit potentiam” for SSATB. 4. the 10th mvt. “Suscepit Israel,” for Sopranino/Soprano, Soprano 1 & 2, Alto or Tenor, Tenor. 5. the 11th mvt., “Sicut locutus est,” for Sopranino and SATB. 6. the 12th mvt., “Gloria patri,” for SAATB with a quick switch for Alto 1 over to Soprano. Clearly a group may omit any of the movements, provided the arrangement is tasteful of course. The alternative version of “Omnes” in g phrygian is included as a less difficult alternative.
